The Adelphi Self Catering Holiday Flats are run by Trevor and Lorraine Bryan and we are the resident owners. We feel the least that you can expect is a clean flat that is well decorated and maintained. And this is what you will find at the Adelphi. The location is superb. Walk across the road onto the beach, no need to change before you come home, just shake the sand off at the front door !

We are exactly half way between the South Pier and Central Pier, just South of the Big Wheel. There is everything around you for your convenience without the hassle of the noisier areas. We do not accept stags or hens and we expect all of our guests to respect the peace and comfort of the other guests. You can come and go as you please at any time day or night but we expect that you fall up the stairs quietly!! We have many regulars and some guests that have been coming for 20 years and more, long before we arrived and they have remained with us. We have many guests that take advantage of our special deals and come several times during the year. We hope that you will be another regular at The Adelphi.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

In the event of cancellation or curtailment or failure to arrive, should the reservation not be re-filled, either in the case of the extra's or accommodation, the person under whose name the booking was made shall be liable to pay for the total cost as per reservation. Deposits are not refundable but will be deducted from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract. We strongly recommend that a cancellation insurance cover be purchased to safeguard against any financial loss being incurred owing to unavoidable cancellations through illness etc. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part of that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests, staff or proprietors or to the hotel itself. Although we do our best to ensure requested accommodation, we do reserve the right to change if necessary.
